Real Estate Marketing

Real estate marketing has been a cornerstone of my career for over a decade. I’ve had the privilege of providing exceptional support to commercial real estate brokers, tailoring each project to align with their unique goals and work styles. My approach is simple: understand each team’s needs and go above and beyond to deliver results that stand out.

My journey in commercial real estate began at Apartment Realty Advisors, a prominent multi-family brokerage firm, where I honed skills pivotal for my subsequent role. Over the past six years at Dean Callan & Company, I have significantly enhanced the firm's marketing capabilities, transforming it from a company that was merely managing to one that excels in its market presence.

Key Contributions:

Through these initiatives, I've introduced speed, innovation, vision, and critical skill sets that have elevated Dean Callan & Company's standing in the eyes of both clients and competitors alike.

Brochures

The brochure is often a prospective client’s first interaction with a property, making it a critical component of the marketing process. During my tenure at Dean Callan & Company, I have been solely responsible for producing and curating all materials for our brochures. I take pride in creating cohesive, visually engaging materials that effectively communicate the story of each listing.

Photography

Photography offers a comprehensive view of a property, allowing clients to explore the space through compelling still images. Commercial real estate photography comes with unique challenges—limited time on-site, active businesses, and brokers or clients present during the shoot. Despite these hurdles, I consistently deliver high-quality photographs with minimal disruption to clients’ daily operations.

Videography

In response to the global pandemic, I developed an efficient and professional solution to showcase properties virtually. This approach allows clients to experience listings without the need for physical interaction, ensuring safety while maintaining a professional presentation.

Floor Plans

While not the most glamorous part of my role, floor plans are crucial for effectively communicating with potential tenants and property owners. Accurate, detailed plans help clients visualize the space, making attention to detail essential. Many companies rely on outdated, low-quality images, but I ensure all floor plans are crisp, clean, and up to standard. This includes redrawing existing plans or creating new ones from scratch when necessary.

Maps

Maps play a vital role in telling the story of a property. Whether through illustrated maps or overhead aerials, they provide valuable context and help potential clients understand the property’s location and surrounding environment.
